New Construction

Ready to build a new home, or purchase a lot. One of the very first steps is to insure that a septic system can be approved on your lot. Real estate contracts on new lots should always be contingent on the onsite soil evaluation. New construction, in most counties, a building permit cannot be procured without a septic permit.

Don't forget, for a new construction onsite soil evaluation the house must be laid out on the lot. (General location is okay)
Most Health Departments require backhoe pits to view the soil, normally three small holes will be excavated, and then covered upon completion of the evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete, Thompson Septic can give you an exact quote on the installation of the approved system.
