I always recommend Thompson Septic to my real estate clients for septic inspections. It's not often we get to find people who become "angels" to others in todays world, yet they are all around us...we just need to look up and see them! Often they will never take the credit or request to be known. Hi,
I just want to thank you for a wonderful job you did for our house septic system. After we spent hundreds of dollars with the local big septic company, we were told that we had a bad lateral line and needs repair. When we inquired for more information, they won't even talk and explain any more detail. When you came over, you started at the very basic and showed us how we should clean our filter for the tank. A simple step like that had our system running with no more problems.

I just wanted to thank you and Mathew again for working so hard to do a great job, at a fair price. I know I get stuck on details and make changes as you go, but that is just who I am. You both dealt with me like the professionals that you are and kept rolling. I really appreciate you accepting the additions and always showing up on site prepared for the days work, no matter how long the day ran. I will think of you first if more projects pop up on the farm and I will certainly recommend you to anyone that can use your services. It is so refreshing to work with someone that does what they say they will, when they say they will, and without cutting corners after the sale. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as you are. I enjoyed spending time at your shop, you have done a great job there also, you have a very nice set up. As good as your place looked in the dark I'm sure it is more impressive in the daylight.

Greg & Matt came out to inspect our septic system. They were professional & informative when they located tanks & laterals using cutting edge cameras and technologies to make data-based decisions. We were pleased the complete schematic of our system that came via email only two days after the inspection. Best of all, they left no messes for us to clean up! All-in-all they did a marvelous job. We certainly appreciate their help!
